UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, offering reliable nationwide coverage.

Free UK Delivery:
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under this value will be charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Dispatch Time:
Orders are normally dispatched the next day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and if applicable, a tracking link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
International Delivery
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping through Royal Mail International Services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Some taxes and/ or import fees may apply for international orders, depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for payment of these fees. Items with a value of under €150 will not be subject to European customs duty. VAT is applicable for all goods destined for Europe, regardless of value.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, a “Something for You” card will be left with instructions to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.
Uncollected parcels are typically held for 7–18 days before being returned to us. If your parcel is returned, we can resend it (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund excluding the original delivery cost.

Delivery FAQs
1. How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days depending on the service you choose. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days, though customs delays may extend this.
2. Can I track my parcel?
Yes — tracking is available for all Royal Mail Tracked, Tracked & Signed, and Special Delivery services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, select Royal Mail Express at checkout for next-day delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed before 2pm for same-day dispatch (Monday–Friday).
4. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Royal Mail considers a parcel delayed after 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international). We’ll assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement where appropriate.
5. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can amend your address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address details.
6. Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to most UK PO Boxes and BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. However, tracking may not be available for all services.
7. How much does international delivery cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of your parcel. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.
8. What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t collect my parcel?
If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or refused, we can resend it once redelivery costs are paid. Refunds for refused or uncollected parcels will exclude the original delivery charge.
9. Will I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may need to pay customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
10. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
