At Men Pills, we want you to love your purchase!
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility

You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us at mail@menpills.co.uk before sending it back.

2. Return Process

Contact Us
Email us at mail@menpills.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Approval & Instructions
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return shipping address.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable service.
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be received within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 working days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.

4. Exchanges

To request an exchange, email mail@menpills.co.uk and include your order number and photos (if applicable).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t yet been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can only be returned after delivery (see section above).
